




Job Summary: This role involves coordinating trips, monitoring loading/unloading operations, and managing traffic information, ensuring compliance with requirements. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination and assignment of trips according to schedules and available resources. 2. Comprehensive trip tracking, reporting incidents and deviations. 3. Supervision of loading/unloading operations and trip documentation. \*SCHEDULE\* 4X2 (Four days on, two days off) 12-hour shifts \*RESPONSIBILITIES\* 1\. Assigns trips according to the schedule provided by the Traffic and Logistics Executive, based on the availability of corresponding resources 2\. Records requests for maneuvers required to allocate expenses according to scheduled trips 3\. Tracks each trip from departure through return, reporting any incidents or deviations occurring during the trip; monitors fill rate 4\. Ensures customer requirements are met during loading/unloading maneuvers; supervises documentation for each trip 5\. Monitors proper care and use of vehicles assigned to the Traffic and Logistics Executive and reports any incidents 6\. Handles information with appropriate discretion and properly channels any deviations or situations that arise, awaiting instructions from the Traffic and Logistics Executive \*SALARY\* $16,433 Monthly (including vouchers worth $650\) $3,634.42 Weekly net pay Salary: $14,400.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
