




Position Summary: Supervise personnel and facility security, manage attendance, incidents, onboarding, and training; coordinate anti-doping tests and evacuation drills. Key Highlights: 1. Job Description Daily monitoring of security personnel attendance—physically at the local terminal and via WhatsApp for remote terminals. · Generate external personnel requisitions to request Security Guards. · Track incidents involving supervised personnel and submit reports to the Payroll Department. · Conduct job orientation for new guards, explaining security procedures, recordkeeping, and controls affecting their duties. · Supervise registration and inspection of entries and exits for: vehicles, personnel, and utility vehicles. · Supervise proper execution of internal and external perimeter patrols. · Schedule evacuation drills and evaluate response performance by both the security brigade and general staff. · Plan and coordinate employee training related to personal and facility security. Administer anti\-doping tests to candidates prior to initiating their hiring process. · Notify the Talent Management Department of anti\-doping test results. Conduct random weekly anti\-doping tests for both operational and administrative staff. · Administer anti\-doping tests to personnel suspected of ingesting toxic substances and/or exhibiting inappropriate behavior that endangers company integrity, colleagues, or external individuals. · Coordinate semiannual anti\-doping testing campaigns across all company terminals. Conduct practical box contamination exercises to prepare staff to respond and make decisions under such circumstances. · Develop quarterly training plans for administrative staff. · Submit quarterly training plans to the person responsible for the annual training plan. · Develop training programs on security, industrial safety, self-defense, first aid, etc. Deliver security-related training to company employees—including personal, facility, and vehicle security. · Evaluate knowledge acquired during training to ensure participants correctly understand the topics covered and can apply them practically. · Provide training outcomes to the Training and Organizational Development Department for follow-up purposes.
