**GALEX is looking for a Branch Manager!!** **Experience and passion for customer service and video games.** **Key Responsibilities:** · Opening, closing, cleaning, and customer service. · Ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulations. · Staff selection, training, and evaluation. · Resolve internal conflicts and maintain a positive work environment. · Perform cash register closings and reconciliations. · Generate sales reports. · Cash handling. · Inventory control. · Restocking prize machines, machine closings, cleaning, and organization. · Monitor costs, profit margins, and profitability. · Supervise cash register closings and bank deposits. · Support planning of promotions, product launches, and gaming events. **Job Requirements** **Education and Experience** * Completed bachelor’s degree. * Knowledge of inventory management and customer service. * Experience managing staff and leading teams. **Skills and Knowledge** * Passion and knowledge of the gaming and technology industry. * Ability to analyze and resolve operational issues. * Communication and customer service skills. * Organizational and strategic planning skills. **Work Schedule:** Monday to Thursday 1:00 PM–9:00 PM Friday to Sunday 2:00 PM–10:00 PM WEEKDAY DAY OFF **Benefits** - Monthly food vouchers: **$804** - Gross monthly salary: **$18,000** - Uniforms - Statutory benefits - Life insurance - Birthday leave - Major medical expense insurance We look forward to your application!
