Prepare and develop courses and consultations for clients Description Beauty Art, a distributor of premium beauty brands with 25 years in the market, is hiring an Educator for its Stylist Educator team at its offices located in Benito Juarez, CDMX, due to expansion. **Requirements:** * **Experience:** Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar position. * **Specific Knowledge and Skills:** Advanced knowledge in Hairdressing. * Advanced knowledge in Colorimetry. * Advanced knowledge in Trichology. * High school diploma (in progress or completed) **Job Objective:** To educate and train beauty professionals with high-quality content, sharing correct Wella Professionals' knowledge, methods, and protocols to achieve company growth and objectives. **Main Responsibilities:** * Understand and share Wella Professionals' knowledge, methods, and protocols with professionals purchasing our brands. * Prepare and develop courses, consultations, and new initiatives for clients. * Deliver training courses both in-studio and in salons, as well as during out-of-town trips with distributors. **Compensation and Additional Benefits** · Gross monthly salary between $14,000 \- $15,000\. · Weekly payments. · Statutory benefits from day one. · Discounts. · Parking.
