A growing company is looking to integrate an organized, analytical, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant into its team to contribute to the proper handling of information and documentation in health services.
**Job Objective:**
Ensure accurate information processing and generation of reliable data that contributes to the quality of final deliverables for clients.
**Functions and Responsibilities:**
* Prepare pre-service documentation (privacy notices, informed consents, vouchers, labels, and logs).
* Explain to users the purpose and correct completion of documents to avoid errors and rework.
* Supervise proper form completion and coordinate delivery of materials required for studies.
* Maintain patient log records, track completed processes, and monitor performed studies.
* Validate registered information against performed studies, identify discrepancies, and ensure their correction.
* Generate additional documentation for patients not initially included.
* Organize, safeguard, and deliver documentation to the corresponding department for archiving.
* Administer and maintain up-to-date logs and inventories for the mobile unit.
* Support the registration and organization of information for final report preparation, ensuring order and alignment with corporate branding.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor’s degree in administrative fields.
* Experience in the health sector (preferred).
* Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
* Minimum 1 year of verifiable administrative experience.
**Technical Knowledge:**
* File, record, log, and inventory management.
* Form completion and document control.
* Knowledge of personal data protection (preferred).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
* Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (preferred).
* Basic knowledge of descriptive statistics and/or SPSS (preferred).

* Salary: $12,000 to $14,000 monthly (based on experience).
