**Workshop Mechanic, Guadalajara** Responsibilities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on assigned machinery. Diagnose mechanical failures and propose effective solutions. Maintain records of services, repairs, and parts used. Verify proper equipment operation after each intervention. Assist with additional general maintenance tasks as required. Requirements Technical degree in Mechanics, Electromechanics, or related field (verifiable). Minimum 1–2 years of experience in automotive maintenance. Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and blueprint reading (preferred). Ability to diagnose and resolve mechanical failures. Availability for shift work (if applicable).
