Job Summary: Omni Printer is seeking a Printing Equipment Maintenance Technician to perform installations, maintenance, supply management, and technical support for low- and high-volume printing equipment. Key Responsibilities: 1. User support for installation and maintenance of printing equipment 2. Technical support for printer software and hardware 3. Supply and consumables management for printing equipment **Omni Printer is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Guadalajara, Jalisco** ----------------------------------------------------------------------- **PRINTING EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN** **Requirements:** Completed high school education. Relevant work experience. Tracking of tickets and requests from immediate supervisor. **Responsibilities:** * User support for installation, corrective maintenance, and preventive maintenance of low- and high-volume printing equipment. * Knowledge of high-volume printing equipment including Konica, Lexmark, Canon, Xerox, etc. * Physical meter readings and readings via applications. * Supply management (toner, maintenance kits, imaging units, etc.) and consumables management (alcohol, lint-free cloths, compressed air, etc.). * Tracking of installed base (number of on-site devices and business channels or lines) for requesting spare parts and supplies. * Statistical control and performance monitoring of printing equipment. * Assigned customer assistance. * Technical support: Resolution of software and hardware issues related to printers. **We Offer:** Statutory benefits from day one.
