If you seek a dynamic, challenging environment full of professional development opportunities, this position is for you! **StenTech**'s mission is to deliver unparalleled customer service, technical expertise, exceptional quality, and on-time delivery, supported by a broad range of products meeting customers’ surface mount technology (SMT) requirements. ***Job Description*** As Warehouse Leader, you will be responsible for supervising and supporting timely and accurate order delivery to the production area; managing incoming and outgoing finished goods inventory in SAP; ensuring raw material and tool stock levels in the warehouse; complying with safety and hygiene standards; performing activities related to quality programs; receiving and storing incoming materials in appropriate locations per established procedures; and other duties. You will work closely with Procurement, Production, Design, and Suppliers to achieve organizational objectives. This position offers excellent opportunities to develop competencies such as teamwork, leadership and personnel management, service orientation, and problem-solving. ***Candidate Requirements:*** * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles * Solid knowledge of general computer systems (SAP Inventory Module preferred), 5S quality practices, tools, and cutting machinery * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Administration * Experience managing personnel * Proactive, orderly, and organized * Knowledge of inventory management ***Compensation and Benefits:*** * Salary: $16,000\.00 to $20,000\.00 monthly gross, based on experience * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM * Life insurance and major medical expense insurance * Monthly food vouchers * Savings fund and credit union * Productivity bonus Additionally, we offer professional development opportunities, continuous training programs, and a collaborative, enriching work environment.
