**Job Description** ------------------------- Responsible for negotiating the best purchase terms for equipment, spare parts, services, and critical materials required for cement/concrete operations. **Main Responsibilities** --------------------------------- * Creatively explores different negotiation approaches to achieve the greatest cost reductions for CEMEX.
