Performance-based bonuses and commissions Job Description: Automotive Advisor We are looking for a dynamic, customer-oriented Automotive Advisor to join our team. Responsibilities: \- Customer service \- Vehicle intake and registration: Register and onboard vehicles into our system. \- Tracking and updates. \- File completion. \- Photography: Take photographs of vehicles to document their condition and progress. \- Unit inventory: Conduct unit inventories and ensure all vehicles are accounted for and in good condition. \- Customer satisfaction surveys: Administer customer satisfaction surveys to evaluate their experience and identify areas for improvement. \- Vehicle delivery: Coordinate and perform vehicle deliveries to customers, ensuring they are satisfied with the service received.
