**Overview**
An individual responsible for leading survey teams during questionnaire administration. Their core function is to **accompany** and **transport** staff, **safeguard their safety**, and **ensure strict adherence** to the methodology established for each research project. Additionally, they must foster a harmonious collaborative environment and organize time efficiently to complete the required sample within defined deadlines.
**Main Responsibilities**
The primary operational duties of this role include:
* **On-site supervision:** Directly monitor correct survey administration in the field, ensuring compliance with specific methodological criteria for each project.
* **Logistical coordination:** Transport the team to various sampling locations.
* **Workload management:** Organize and distribute cases or survey quotas appropriately among team members. Supervision also involves serving as a communication liaison to resolve issues on-site immediately, such as dealing with inaccessible locations or verifying correct identification of sampling units.
**Education**
Completed bachelor's degree.
