Responsibilities * Coordinate execution of the Production Plan (Line Rate) * Develop inventory plan and intra-sales forecast * Plan, execute, and monitor supply to CEDIS * Manage resources required to meet the Master Production Plan (5m) * Communicate to Management any issues that jeopardize sales, production or inventory plan compliance, or personnel safety * Attend SIOP meetings and follow up on resulting actions * Supervise execution of Master Planner (Master Planning) activities * Supervise Demand Load meeting to define weekly rates * Attend production meetings and follow up on resulting actions * Administer and control finished goods inventory (BTS / Top100\) * Present and track department KPIs * Respond to escalations * Monitor and submit past-due projections * Supervise NBOs and LBOs * Attend Supply and Customer Demand Planning meetings (Copeland) * Propose continuous improvement and cost-saving projects * Generate required information and reports * Comply with quality and safety standards * Participate in the Annual Physical Inventory * Participate in continuous improvement events (kaizen) Requirements * **Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and/or Industrial Engineering** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) * Production and inventory administration and control * Statistics and related tools (Root Cause Analysis and Pareto Analysis) * Knowledge of SOPs * Demand management (Forecasting) * MRP knowledge * ERP planning module knowledge (JDE) * Understanding of Pull vs. Push systems * Capacity planning * Kanban * Lean Manufacturing, TQM (5S and Six Sigma) * Development, control, and analysis of performance metrics * Procurement **Our Commitment to Our People** Across the globe, we are united by a singular Purpose: Sustainability is no small ambition.
