Job Summary:
We are seeking a personnel and process supervisor for the metal-mechanical industry, responsible for planning, production assurance, and maintenance coordination.
Key Highlights:

2. Coordination of preventive maintenance for CNC equipment
3. Inventory management and material tracking
This position requires a candidate with an Industrial Engineering degree (mandatory), basic English proficiency, and a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a personnel and process supervisor working with CNC equipment in the metal-mechanical industry.
Responsibilities:
\*Plan production according to the weekly schedule
\*Ensure compliance with the production plan and quality metrics
\*Coordinate preventive maintenance of machining equipment with the maintenance department.
\*Raw materials inventory
\*Ensure availability of necessary supplies to fulfill production orders
\*Track materials sent to external processes
Knowledge of vernier calipers, statistical process control, CNC machining centers, CNC lathes, 5S methodology, and the metric system.
Salary: $4200\.00 (starting salary, subject to qualifications), weekly, tax-free
Work Schedule: Biweekly rotating shifts — morning shift from 06:00 to 14:00 and evening shift from 14:00 to 21:30
