Willingness to learn and work in a team We are an industrial machining company deeply committed to our customers and the quality of our work. ***We are currently hiring a CNC Operator.*** *Requirements:* * Experience preferred but not required. * Gender: Unrestricted. * Must be over 18 years of age. * Education: High school diploma. * Technical education or related fields preferred, such as machine tools, manufacturing, CNC, or similar. *We Are Looking For:* * A proactive, responsible, committed, and punctual individual. * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Willingness to learn. * Results-oriented with strong communication skills. * A trustworthy person capable of following instructions. *Responsibilities:* * Operate CNC machines (lathe or machining center). * Interpret blueprints and technical specifications. * Fabricate parts of varying complexity (with general dimensions and critical tolerances). * Measure and inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, or other measuring instruments. * Install and change cutting tools as needed. * Ensure parts meet specifications from the start of the process. * Monitor proper operation of the CNC machine and report malfunctions or required maintenance. * Keep the machine and work area clean. * Mandatory use of safety equipment. * Operate other workshop machines as needed (e.g., profile cutter, grinder, etc.). * Light loading and unloading tasks. * Assist with general workshop cleaning and organization. *We Offer:* * Weekly salary. * Statutory benefits. * IMSS coverage starting on Day 1. * Uniforms and safety equipment. * Three-month probationary contract with potential conversion to an indefinite-term contract. * Respectful work environment. * Growth opportunity based on performance.
