We’re looking for you! **Purpose of the Position** Ensure the company’s operational continuity by efficiently managing imports, regulatory compliance (NOM), and supply chain optimization—guaranteeing timely and accurate delivery of materials and equipment to projects. **Key Responsibilities** * **Strategic Customs Management:** Coordinate with customs brokers throughout the full import process (shipments, duties, customs declarations, and NOM letters). * **Cost Optimization:** Perform preliminary duty and provision calculations, aiming to consolidate shipments to reduce operational costs and import duty percentages. * **Warranty Control (RMA):** Manage RMA and warranty processes with both domestic and foreign suppliers. * **Operational Synchronization:** Validate delivery dates with Procurement and Operations (PTNs) and conduct timely follow-ups with suppliers. * **Critical Issue Resolution:** Handle special procedures for materials subject to NOM restrictions, always seeking the most agile and cost-effective solution. * **Last-Mile Logistics:** Coordinate and supervise equipment delivery to various project sites in collaboration with the Warehouse. **Technical Requirements** * **Tool Proficiency:** Fluent use of **SAP** (mandatory) and **Advanced Excel**. * **Knowledge:** Solid experience in customs regulations, import duties, and NOM management. * **Communication:** Ability to negotiate with international suppliers and customs brokers. **What We Offer** * Integration into a dynamic, high-impact operation. * Cutting-edge management tools. * Opportunity to optimize processes and generate strategic savings for the company. **Candidate Profile** We seek a detail-oriented individual capable of working under pressure due to time-sensitive events and with a strong sense of urgency.
