Strategic Mission
Lead the export and import logistics architecture, ensuring operational continuity to key markets such as the U.S., Canada, Peru, Asia, Europe, and the United Kingdom. The incumbent will guarantee regulatory and legal compliance for each shipment, optimize transit times, and ensure excellence in customs execution across multiple transport modes (land, air, and sea).
Primary Responsibilities
International Flow Management: Supervise and optimize daily shipping schedules, ensuring accurate integration of orders and nominations in SAP.
Compliance and Regulatory Affairs: Strictly validate phytosanitary and customs regulations in coordination with relevant authorities to safeguard the company’s legal operations.
Internal Legal Consultation: Address and resolve foreign trade inquiries grounded in current legislation and international treaties.
Document Control and Efficiency: Ensure all commercial documentation is generated with surgical precision to eliminate delays at international destinations.
Special Project Management: Evaluate logistical constraints, costs, and feasibility for import/export projects outside regular operations.
Data Intelligence and Reporting: Manage comprehensive digital case files and utilize analytical tools for continuous process improvement and KPI development.
Logistics Procurement Strategy: Lead support during tender processes and actively participate in seasonal award analysis.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Education: Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, International Business, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 5 years in managerial or coordination roles with proven expertise in multimodal operations.
Software: Advanced proficiency in SAP, Tableau, and Microsoft Excel (data analysis).
Languages: Intermediate English (capable of conducting technical and business communication).
Competencies: Analytical thinking, systemic supply chain vision, and strong negotiation skills.
Salary: $30,000\.00 \- $34,000\.00 per month
