Together, we can transform the future of healthcare and leave a positive impact on the world! **Employment Type** Confidence-based employment**Job Objective** Maintain up-to-date inventory information in the system, contributing to the reliability of transaction data. **Responsibilities and Activities** * Maintain updated inventory records related to distribution warehouse operational processes. * Administer inventory allocation in the ERP system for distribution without physical movement of materials. * Validate received medications and medical supplies at the warehouse against specifications and register them in the internal system. * Physically and digitally verify, via the internal system, medications and medical supplies received at the warehouse that are rejected or returned. * Process non-conforming medications and other medical supplies in the non-conformance area and in the internal system (e.g., damaged or expired medications). * Conduct material/lot inspections at storage locations when discrepancies arise due to shortages during the picking of medications and medical supplies. Experience * Logistics and distribution processes — 1 year * Inventory management — 1 year * Supply chain — 1 year Knowledge * ERP system proficiency. * Intermediate Excel skills. * Basic statistics.
