WHAT YOU WILL DO: * Lead senior and junior developer teams—planning, code reviews, and quality assurance * Analyze functional requirements with business areas * Define solution architecture and manage version control * Participate in prioritization meetings with leadership and commercial departments * Evaluate and train the development team WHAT YOU NEED: * Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field * 2–4 years of experience in software development and project management * Proficiency in C\#, .NET, Java, Python, HTML * Knowledge of SQL databases and Web Services * Preferred: experience with Odoo, ContPaq\-i, or ERPs * Intermediate English * Leadership, ownership mindset, and clear communication CONDITIONS: * Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM * On-site in Zapopan, Jalisco * Statutory benefits If you’re interested in growing beyond coding and building something real, this is your opportunity.
