




We are looking for a Tech Cloud Sales Manager to manage a strategic Public Sector territory within the Grow \& Protect segment. This role is responsible for driving adoption, consumption, and growth of Oracle Tech Cloud solutions, acting as a trusted advisor for government and public institutions undergoing digital and AI\-driven transformation. The role requires strong account ownership, orchestration of internal teams, and the ability to navigate complex public sector environments. Key Responsibilities * Own and manage a Public Sector territory, acting as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts. * Drive Tech Cloud pipeline creation, progression, and closure, including OCI, Database, and AI workloads * Protect existing revenue while identifying expansion opportunities through cloud modernization and innovation. * Develop and execute account plans aligned with customer priorities and Oracle’s AI\-First strategy * Navigate public sector procurement processes, regulations, and governance models * Orchestrate internal teams (Pre\-Sales, Partners, Product Specialists) to deliver integrated solutions * Build trusted relationships with technical, business, and executive stakeholders * Ensure accurate forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and disciplined execution.
