The role will be accountable for planning, executing, and controlling preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance, ensuring compliance with KPIs such as Technical Availability, FPY, MTTR, and MTBF. The specialist will provide technical support for key equipment including solder paste printers, SPI, AOI, Pick \& Place, reflow ovens, ASYS, routers, laser marking, and DE paneling. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** ================================= ### **Maintenance and Operations** * Execute **preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance** on SMT equipment. * Monitor and meet maintenance KPIs: **Technical Availability, FPY, MTTR, MTBF**. * Diagnose and resolve failures related to software, servo systems, axes, feeders, cameras, and signals. * Perform adjustments to feeders, cameras, equipment parameters, and components. ### **SMT Equipment Under Responsibility** * Solder paste printer * SPI * AOI * Pick \& Place * Reflow oven (conventional and vacuum) * Router * ASYS handling * Laser marking * DE paneling ### **Management and Administration** * Develop and update **maintenance plans**. * Manage **spare parts**: maximum/minimum stock levels, consumption, and requirements. * Use of **SAP PM** (desirable). * Compliance with IATF requirements applicable to maintenance. * Documentation and reporting of maintenance activities. ### **Support and Training** * Provide technical support to operational and technical personnel. * Participate in **train-the-trainer** activities. * Collaborate with production, quality, and process teams to stabilize production lines. **JOB REQUIREMENTS** ========================= ### **Education** * Mechatronics, Electronics, Electromechanics, or related engineering degree. ### **Experience** * **5 years** of experience in SMT maintenance. * Proven experience with equipment including AOI, SPI, reflow ovens, P\&P, ASYS, routers, and laser marking. ### **Technical Knowledge** * Diagnosis of mechanical, electrical, and software failures. * Interpretation of schematics. * Electronic manufacturing processes and SMT flow. * Autonomous Maintenance / TPM. * General knowledge of IATF. ### **Languages** * Conversational English (required for documentation; management is German-speaking, so it is essential). ### **Competencies** * Problem solving * Teamwork * Technical communication * Organization and prioritization * Analytical ability * Proactivity **WE OFFER** ============= *(I will adapt this section if you share your company’s benefits.)* **Desired Education Level:** Bachelor’s degree or higher **Desired Experience Level:** Expert level **Departmental Function:** Maintenance and Repairs **Industry:** Automotive **Skills:** * Preventive maintenance * SAP *This vacancy originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=6998982472000041008f89ac\&source\=indeed*
