Facilitation and development of training materials **Evox Business Solutions is seeking an EXECUTIVE TRAINING MANAGER in Chapalita \- Guadalajara, Jalisco** -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Role Purpose** This position’s core objective is to lead the **Leadership Academy** business unit as a strategic partner to senior leadership. The incumbent ensures every executive training solution not only inspires but also resolves critical business needs, guaranteeing excellence in execution and measurable impact on leaders’ and their organizations’ performance. **Key Responsibilities** **Training Solution Design and Consulting:** * Translate organizational and training needs into clear, effective learning solutions aligned with the company’s portfolio. Diagnose clients’ complex needs through interviews, document analysis, and organizational diagnostic tools. * Develop commercial proposals and presentations articulating clear, need-oriented solutions. **Training Project Management:** * Oversee end-to-end logistical implementation of training before, during, and after delivery. * Ensure execution quality either as the direct instructor or by coordinating subject-matter experts. * Supervise operational work to ensure accuracy and excellence. **Facilitation, Instruction, and Training Material Development:** * Facilitate training programs as the lead instructor. * Develop or enhance instructional materials (presentations, guides, manuals) to strengthen academic quality. * Maintain a personal plan for continuous professional development. **Client Follow-up, Evaluation, and Closure:** * Document and deliver executive reports with training outcomes and impact analysis. * Ensure satisfaction evaluation and conduct client closure meetings. **Client Management and Account Development:** * Maintain engagement with existing accounts to ensure program continuity and service expansion. * Conduct periodic follow-ups to identify future needs. **Desired Profile** * **Experience:** Proven senior-level experience in L\&D (Learning \& Development) or Human Capital Consulting. * **Skills:** Full autonomy to operate without direct supervision, executive-level writing ability, and strong influence capability. * **Requirements:** Availability for frequent travel, valid passport and visa (preferred), and outstanding executive presence. * **Flexibility:** Ability to adapt schedule to client operations and events (including availability on Saturdays if operationally required). **Premium Compensation and Benefits** * **Salary:** $30,000 \- $33,000 net \+ Statutory benefits. * **Well-being:** Monthly $800 bonus for mental health or nutrition. * **Culture:** Team-building activities and a highly collaborative environment. * **Time Off:** Easter break, two weeks in December, and three additional vacation days. * **Growth:** 100% company-paid national and international training programs. * **Hybrid Work Model:** Office in Chapalita (9:30 am \- 6:30 pm), with option to work the second half of the day remotely (*home office*). **Desired Education Level:** Bachelor’s degree or higher \- completed **Desired Experience Level:** Expert level **Departmental Function:** Education **Industry:** Consulting, advisory, and business services *This job posting originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=69fce25845000078005c4b68\&source\=indeed*
