We offer you the opportunity to join a diverse team where you can develop your career by leading projects within our Engineering service portfolio, serving clients and projects across multiple sectors and geographies. **Education: Mechanical Engineer** (Degree holder with professional license). **Experience:** * Minimum 4 years’ experience designing HVAC projects in the retail sector * Thermal load calculations * Ductwork design * Preparation of detailed drawings for ventilation, air conditioning, and heating systems * Equipment selection and preparation of concept catalogs Experience in the Retail sector (adaptations of existing premises, renovations, new construction, or street-front stores) will be highly valued. **Main Responsibilities:** * Design HVAC installations per client requirements, perform thermal balances, prepare calculation reports, and carry out detailed engineering * Select equipment and systems best suited to the client’s specific requirements and needs * Prepare concept catalogs * Conduct technical site visits to existing installations to diagnose current HVAC systems, identify existing issues, and propose corrective measures * Oversight during construction execution phase: * Verify that contractors execute works strictly in accordance with project design and technical specifications * Analyze necessary modifications to the initial design and propose alternatives to resolve issues arising during construction * Volume measurements * Technical liaison with the client (building owner/store/mall operator) to: * Request required information for project execution * Address and deliver optimal solutions to client requests * Etc. * Liaison with other suppliers: * Refrigeration * HVAC * Fire protection systems (IHS) * Etc. **Software Proficiency:** AutoCAD, Revit, Office, HAP; National and International Standards. **What We Offer:** You will join a growing team and have the opportunity to demonstrate your full potential.
