Your Essential Mission (Comprehensive Home Care and Youth Autonomy): Your role focuses on: * **Nighttime Security and Guidance:** Conducting **supervisory rounds** and providing discreet accompaniment, promoting order and adherence to nighttime rules. * **Home Support Tasks:** **Ironing, folding clean clothing**, and ensuring **order and cleanliness** in common areas. * **Preparation for the Day:** Supervising hygiene routines and **supporting organization** for morning commitments (e.g., attending school, extracurricular activities, etc.) **Offer Conditions:** * **Fixed Night Shift Schedule:** **Monday through Sunday, 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM** (one weekday day off). * **Benefits:** Statutory benefits (after 3 months) + cafeteria service **Essential Requirements:** * **Experience:** Minimum 6 months working with **adolescents/youth** (group homes, daycare centers, etc.). * **Attitude:** Genuine interest in and commitment to social work. **Are you interested?** ***Call: 56 4171 6609*** Lic.
