**Operational Barista Trainer – Café La Flor de Córdoba** Age: 25 to 40 years old Gender: Not specified Valid driver's or motorcycle license is mandatory Education: Bachelor’s degree or technical certification in Gastronomy, Administration, Tourism, Business, or Certified Barista. Availability: Must be available to rotate shifts and work weekends. Residence: Maximum 1 hour from the work area. **Job Objective** Ensure that the operational staff of Café La Flor de Córdoba maintains the highest standards in coffee preparation, customer service, and operational processes.
