We believe in talent, professional growth, and teamwork; therefore, we seek committed, organized individuals with a service-oriented attitude who wish to develop within a dynamic environment offering learning opportunities. **CONDOMINIUM AND SUBDIVISION PROJECT LEADER** **GUADALAJARA ZONE \- JALISCO** Requirements: * Completed Bachelor's degree or MBA * Minimum 5 years of experience in managerial positions * Experience managing multiple projects or operations simultaneously * Experience with condominium management platforms * Personal vehicle required Key Responsibilities: * Supervise operations across multiple condominium projects. * Coordinate on-site administrators, operational staff, and vendors. * Monitor budgets, expenses, and financial reports. * Track collections per business unit. * Attend to and follow up with developers, clients, and oversight committees. * Present performance reports and key indicators. * Resolve operational and administrative incidents. * Implement operational and administrative improvements. * Lead teams and ensure goal achievement.
