Job Summary: This position is responsible for receiving, organizing, and managing inventories of supplies, maintaining order and cleanliness per Good Storage and Distribution Practices. JOB OBJECTIVE: Perform receiving, placement, cyclic inventory, radiofrequency operations, and supply picking activities within established procedural parameters, maintaining order and cleanliness at all times under Good Storage and Distribution Practices (GSDP). RESPONSIBILITIES: * Ensure supplies are delivered to requestors while keeping warehouse areas and equipment clean and in good condition to guarantee product quality and integrity. * Receive supplies, spare parts, or tools into the warehouse, verifying compliance with established requirements regarding quantity, quality, identity, and integrity. * Sort and affix labels indicating different statuses for accurate identification of supplies. * Enter received supplies into the system. * Perform supply storage activities ensuring correct identification. KNOWLEDGE: * Inventory handling, control, and material picking * Basic office software (Word, Excel, and email) * Pharmaceutical Regulations (NOM\-059\), Good Storage and Distribution Practices (GSDP), and Good Documentation Practices (GDP) EDUCATION: High school diploma\-certificate Availability to work rotating shifts.
