Development in a dynamic and technical environment **Job Description** An industrial automation company based in Guadalajara is looking for a Junior Services Engineer to join its technical team. If you have an engineering degree, passion for automation, and enjoy fieldwork with customers, this is your opportunity to grow within a dynamic and technical environment. **Main Responsibilities** * Providing customer support and consultation via phone and/or in person. * Preparing quotations. * Training end users on electrical products and services. * Performing corrective and preventive maintenance. * Implementing and monitoring maintenance programs on time and as scheduled. * Preparing service reports. * Providing technical consultation on the company's portfolio of electrical products and services. **Required Knowledge** * Proficiency with tools (multimeter, drill, grinder, etc.). * Electrical and mechanical components. * Basic understanding of automation and PLC programming. * Fundamental knowledge of communication protocols. * Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams. * Basic Excel proficiency. **Required Profile** * Degree in Automation Engineering, Programming, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics, or related field. * 1–2 years since graduation. * Valid driver's license. * Willingness to travel and flexibility in working hours. * Effective communication skills, proactivity, and strong learning ability. **Key Competencies** * Proactivity and problem-solving orientation. * Assertive communication with customers and internal teams. * Adaptability and continuous learning. * Ability to work under pressure and in field conditions. **Offer** * Monthly salary: $16,000 MXN (gross). * Direct employment contract with the company. * Continuous training and internal growth. * Positive work environment. * Statutory benefits. * Working hours: Monday–Friday 9:00–18:30 hrs \| Saturdays 9:00–13:00 hrs. * Work mode: On-site / 90% fieldwork. * Location: Guadalajara, Jalisco.
