The Injection Operator ensures that production machinery and equipment always operate optimally. Performs a variety of tasks requiring knowledge of injection processes and is responsible for daily operations associated with various PET and HDPE injection machines and their auxiliary equipment. **Role Responsibilities** * Prevent and repair failures in plant machinery and equipment. * Stay informed and engaged with utilities, injection, blow molding, filling, labeling, and palletizing areas. * Conduct root cause analysis to identify potential and recurring issues in machinery and equipment. * Innovate equipment maintenance processes while maintaining and safeguarding product quality processes. * Implement high safety standards and Good Manufacturing Practices within the plant. * Ensure food safety practices and all applicable requirements of the SQF System are maintained. * Report any deviations, problems, and/or abnormalities related to equipment, processes, and products. *All responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following framework.* **Requirements** * Engineering or technical degree in mechanical, mechatronic, or electromechanical fields or related disciplines. * Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role performing similar activities, including troubleshooting machinery and utility systems. (Mandatory). * Solid understanding of injection molding machine operations. * Experience in beverage industry bottling plants for containers. * Availability to work flexible hours and rotate shifts as required. * Availability to work in Acatlán de Juárez, Jalisco. **Competencies** Knowledge of safety regulations in a manufacturing environment.
