




Job Summary: We are seeking a Fleet Assistant to manage the comprehensive vehicle fleet operations, administrative and document control, and ensure vehicle availability and efficient operation. We are looking for a responsible **Fleet Assistant**, accountable for comprehensive vehicle fleet management, administrative and document control, maintenance tracking, cost and indicator (KPI) analysis, supplier negotiation, and ensuring vehicle availability and efficient operation aligned with company objectives. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * 1\. Control and administration of the vehicle fleet (registrations, deregistrations, and assignments). * 2\. Supervise appropriate use of vehicles by staff. * 3\. Manage and track preventive and corrective maintenance. * 4\. Schedule mechanical services, inspections, tune-ups, and repairs. * 5\. Manage vehicle insurance policies, claims, and renewals. * 6\. Handle vehicle-related procedures (license plates, annual registration renewals, inspections, vehicle taxes, driver’s licenses, and related documentation). * 7\. Monitor payments for fleet-related services (insurance, repair shops, leasing, fuel, tolls, etc.). * 8\. Prepare and submit periodic reports (vehicle usage, maintenance costs, incidents, and claims). * 9\. Maintain logs for vehicle usage and maintenance. * 10\. Coordinate with external providers (repair shops, insurance companies, agencies). * 11\. Track traffic fines, violations, and clarifications. * 12\. Ensure compliance with internal vehicle usage policies. * 13\.
