Maintenance Manager

We are seeking a Maintenance Manager in Guadalajara (GDL). We are a restaurant group with over 7 branches across the Guadalajara Metropolitan Area (ZMG): Supervise, coordinate, and execute preventive, corrective, and improvement maintenance activities across the restaurant group’s various work sites, ensuring continuous, safe, and efficient operation of facilities, equipment, and infrastructure. **Key responsibilities:** * Design, implement, and monitor the preventive maintenance program (electrical, hydraulic, gas, air conditioning, furniture, etc.); * Respond to and promptly resolve fault reports or emergencies at any of the work sites; * Supervise and coordinate corrective maintenance tasks, whether performed by internal staff or external providers; * Manage inventories of spare parts, tools, and materials required for maintenance activities; * Manage and evaluate technical service providers (plumbing, electricity, refrigeration, fumigation, etc.); * Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations related to infrastructure and facilities; * Coordinate installation of new equipment or renovations jointly with other departments (procurement, operations, construction); * Generate monthly maintenance reports, incident tracking, cost analysis, and improvement proposals; * Propose and implement improvements in energy efficiency, resource conservation, and equipment lifespan extension. __________________________________________________________________ **We offer:** * Statutory benefits * 100% payroll-based payment * Grocery vouchers * Complimentary uniforms * Daily food subsidy (free) * Life insurance coverage of $100,000 * Fixed or rotating shifts (depending on branch) Employment type: Full-time Salary: $10,000.00 – $14,000.00 per month Benefits: * Complimentary beverages * Free parking * Option for indefinite-term contract * Discounted cafeteria service * Company-provided phone * Remote work option * Complimentary uniforms * Grocery vouchers Education: * Completed bachelor’s degree (preferred) Experience: * General maintenance: 1 year (required) Work location: On-site employment
