




Position Summary: We are seeking a highly organized, results-oriented Executive Assistant and Control Tower to ensure order, tracking, and compliance with strategic agreements and projects within the company. JOB DESCRIPTION: We seek a highly organized, disciplined, and results-oriented individual to join General Management directly as an Executive Assistant and Control Tower. This position is critical to ensuring the company operates with order, tracking, and compliance—guaranteeing that agreements, projects, and KPIs are executed on time and as planned. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: + Daily tracking of area-specific indicators (KPIs). + Coordination and preparation of Board and Operational meetings. + Preparation of executive reports for Management. + Timely tracking of agreements, responsible parties, and commitment deadlines. + Monitoring progress of strategic projects. + Cross-departmental coordination to ensure compliance. + Management of the General Director’s schedule. + Identification of deviations and timely reporting. REQUIREMENTS: + Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related field. + Minimum 2–5 years of experience in: * Executive assistance. * Operational tracking or Project Management. + Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency. + Excellent organizational and information management skills. + Strong tracking and execution capabilities. + Clear and professional communication.
