




Job Summary: A professional responsible for coordinating accounting, tax, and payroll functions, ensuring regulatory compliance and report preparation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive coordination of monthly accounting and tax closings. 2. Full payroll management and social security obligations. 3. Proficiency in CONTPAQi, Excel, and tax and labor regulations (REPSE). Coordinate monthly accounting and tax closings. • Ensure compliance with tax and labor obligations. • Record and classify company transactions. • Account reconciliation. • Preparation and processing of weekly and biweekly payroll. • Administration of employee registrations, terminations, and salary modifications with IMSS. • Calculation of severance payments, liquidations, and PTU (Profit Sharing). • Generation of payroll reports for accounting and management. • Management of SUA, IDSE, ICSOE, SISUB, and related social security obligations. • Tracking of INFONAVIT, Fonacot, and withholding payments. • Proficiency in the Federal Labor Law (LFT), IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, and SUA. • Knowledge of REPSE is mandatory. • Intermediate/advanced proficiency in CONTPAQi and Excel is mandatory. -Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education – Bachelor's degree 4 years of experience Age: between 33 and 60 years Knowledge: Accounting Keywords: payroll clerk, controller, accountant, billing specialist, treasurer, accountant
