A leading telecommunications company is looking for your talent as **DISTRICT OPERATIONS LEADER** **Education:** * Telecommunications Engineering or related field * 3 years of experience leading telecommunications field crews * Age between 27 and 40 years. ***Minimum 3 years of experience in the TELECOMMUNICATIONS industry*** **Skills:** * Teamwork * Innovative * Organized * Proactive * Leadership * Decision-making * Assertive communication * Conflict resolution * Emotional intelligence **Responsibilities:** * Proper monitoring of KPIs * Planning and execution of objectives * Strategy and control of fuel consumption implementation * District statistics * Communication and dispatch tracking * Assignment of technical skill-based services * Backlog stabilization **We Offer:** * Base salary: $23,000 * Variable bonus up to $10,000 * Statutory benefits * Enjoyment of 6 vacation days upon completion of 6 months **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $23,000.00 – $33,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
