V. **Position Title:** Advertising Image Architect **Department:** Design / Commercial Architecture / Projects **Location:** Guadalajara, Jalisco **Work Mode:** On-site and field visits **Base Monthly Gross Salary:** * **Junior / Mid-level:** $13,000 to $17,000 * **Senior / Specialist:** $18,000 to $26,000 **Job Objective** Ensure accurate integration of brand image into the architecture of each branch or point of sale through precise site surveys, high-impact visual proposals, and strict adherence to corporate guidelines. **Key Responsibilities** * Conduct on-site architectural surveys with precise measurements. * Prepare base drawings and implementation proposals for brand image. * Develop renders, photomontages, and presentations for client approval. * Apply corporate identity manuals to facades, interiors, and signage. * Design visual solutions appropriate to the architectural environment. * Prepare basic material estimates and scope definitions. * Coordinate with production and installation teams to ensure faithful execution of designs. **Requirements** * **Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.** * **Minimum 2 years of experience** in commercial projects or corporate branding. * Proficiency in **AutoCAD, SketchUp or Revit, and Adobe Photoshop**. * Knowledge of materials and finishes such as ACM, WPC, aluminum, composite panels, and acrylics. * Availability for field visits. * Excellent aesthetic judgment and attention to detail. **What We Offer** * All statutory benefits plus additional perks. * Necessary team and tools to perform the job. * Parking available for employees. * Opportunities for salary adjustments and career advancement based on performance. * Professional development opportunities within the company. * Creative, dynamic, and collaborative environment.
