HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
Lead the human capital strategy, ensuring achievement of organizational objectives through talent management, internal culture development, and optimization of administrative and legal processes.
1\-Supervise the work of subordinate staff
2\-Maintain relationships with the labor union and authorities
3\-Supervise compliance with the Internal Work Regulations, job objectives, and position descriptions
4\-Direct, control, and manage an appropriate compensation and benefits system for club personnel.
5\-Supervise and authorize payroll processes and organizational development
6\-Recruit managerial, supervisory, and administrative personnel
7\-Follow up on recruitment processes
8\-Employee support and service
9\-Conduct salary analyses.
10\-Monitor adherence to the annual budget.
### **Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or related field.
* Prior experience in managerial or senior coordination roles (preferably in the services sector or clubs).
* Negotiation skills, empathetic leadership, and conflict resolution abilities.
