Excellent oral and written communication **A prominent chemical products trading and distribution company serving the agro-industrial, pharmaceutical, and food sectors is looking for:** **JUNIOR BUYER** to perform the following main **responsibilities**: * Invoice entry into the system (SAI) * Submission of invoice reports to Accounting * Responsible for month-end closing * Procurement of indirect materials for Administration, Warehouse, and Maintenance departments * Monitoring material deliveries (arrival schedule) **Requirements:** * Familiarity with SAE, SAI, or similar systems * Ability to analyze needs and priorities * Possession of negotiation strategies * Excellent oral and written communication skills * Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role * Ability to work under pressure, proactive attitude, strong numerical skills, organized, and responsible * Residence near San Pedro Tlaquepaque, Jalisco **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM **We Offer:** Base salary of $12,800 MXN gross per month, plus statutory and above-statutory benefits including: grocery vouchers, savings fund, punctuality bonus, attendance bonus, and monthly performance-based bonus.
