JOIN US!!!** **WE ARE SEEKING** **PORTFOLIO ANALYST** **Job Objective:** Ensure accurate recording and administration of credit operations in the portfolio management system, from origination through recovery. **REQUIREMENTS:** **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Economics or Business Administration. **Residence:** Guadalajara. **Experience:** 1–2 years maximum (basic knowledge required). **Marital Status:** No preference. **WE OFFER:** **Salary: $15,000 gross monthly** **Statutory benefits** **Continuous training** **Meal vouchers** **Growth opportunities** **Excellent working environment** **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Ensure accurate recording in the Portfolio System of credit operations and related guarantees for administration until recovery. * Send account statements to Promotion, Credit, and Administration & Finance Managers prior to due dates. * Apply recoveries and associated charges to registered credits according to authorized terms and applicable regulations. * Ensure application of redemption payments and conventional penalties on credits and guarantees as instructed by the authorized department. * Perform entries in the Portfolio Management System. * Update the following documentation: Discount Report, List of Authorized Payments, Credit Disbursement Report, Redemption Report. * Verify operational controls, ensuring system-applied transactions match corresponding figures in the system. * Retrieve portfolio movement data (debits and credits) from funding systems. * Perform all other duties inherently related to this role.
