Together, we can transform the future of health and leave a positive mark on the world! **Position Objective** Identify improvement opportunities across manufacturing process stages to enhance processes and optimize resource utilization in production areas, establish preventive measures against recurrence, and share lessons learned with process participants.**Responsibilities and Activities** * Conduct activities associated with the Quality Management System under compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). * Supervise production and packaging processes in accordance with the Quality Management System and regulatory requirements set by national and international authorities. * Efficiently manage resources to achieve departmental objectives and performance metrics. * Perform activities related to personnel management. Experience * Production and/or quality processes in pharmaceutical, food, or cosmetic industry \- 1 year * Personnel management \- 1 year. Knowledge * Regulatory standards (NOM \- 059\). Education Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Biology, Chemical and Pharmaceutical Biologist, Food Chemical Engineering. Others Contract Type: Permanent. Location: Industrial Zone Company: Grupo PiSA. Schedule: Availability to rotate shifts.
