Implementation of solutions to optimize performance **Job Description** **Responsible for examining, evaluating, and monitoring the procurement department’s processes and procedures to ensure compliance with internal policies, external regulations, and best practices. This role identifies inefficiencies, potential risks, and improvement opportunities in procurement management, working closely with involved teams to implement solutions that optimize performance.** **Requirements:** * Education: Completed bachelor’s degree in economics, administration, or Industrial Engineering. * Proven experience in audits and in fraud prevention and detection related to breach of trust. * Current or prospective monthly salary of $15,000. * Age 25\-50 * 2 years in a similar position * Excellent personal presentation. * Flexible availability of schedule. **Responsibilities:** * Operational audits and process oversight. (Review procurement area operations and procedures to ensure compliance with internal and external policies and regulations.) * Process mapping and documentation. * Procedure updates. * Preparation of reports on findings and work methodologies. * Implementation of follow-up controls. * Account reconciliation. * Analysis of process deviations against standards. * Control design and testing. **Skills:** * Leadership. * Research and analytical ability. * Adherence to methodology. * Dynamic and proactive. * Accustomed to working under goal- and objective-driven performance expectations. * Strong character. * Intermediate-level Office proficiency. * Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and formula usage.
