Position Summary: We are seeking an External Operational Auditor to manage branches, report incidents, conduct physical counts, and audit materials and assets across the entire Mexican Republic. Key Responsibilities: 1. National-level branch administration and supervision. 2. Company inventory and asset management. 3. Branch staff training and functional auditing. We are seeking an External Operational Auditor. **Position Objective:** Branch administration, operational incident reporting, physical counts, material and asset handling and auditing, together with general operations; visits to branches throughout the Mexican Republic; staffing administration; and procurement, replenishment, storage, and distribution activities for company materials and inventory. **We Offer:** * Monthly base salary of $18,000 to $20,000 * $1,000 bonus per successfully completed audit * Weekly payment * Vacation days * IMSS (Mexican Social Security Institute) coverage * Vacation bonus * Year-end bonus (Aguinaldo) * Profit-sharing **Requirements:** * High school diploma or higher * Availability for extended travel (1 to 2 months) * Basic Excel proficiency * Immediate availability * Basic knowledge of warehouses or any type of auditing **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervision of branches nationwide. * Petty cash and sales reconciliation. * Photographic and Excel-based branch reporting. * Inventory verification without system support. * Re-counting discrepancies identified during physical counts and investigating causes of shortages or overages. * Preparing responsibility assignments, audit reports, and audit results. * Conducting checklists covering basic branch functions and issuing administrative reports for any policy or functional non-compliance. * Staff training and audit documentation. * Delivering initial and final inventory reports for each branch. **Required Knowledge:** * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel proficiency—mandatory * Inventory control * Statistical analysis Our office is located at: Hacienda la Calerilla #100, Colonia Santa María Tequepexpan, Tlaquepaque, Jalisco, CP 45601
