Position Summary: We are seeking a Business Systems & Automation Manager with initiative to design, build, and implement robust internal systems, translating critical business needs. Key Highlights: 1. Internal digital infrastructure architect with high autonomy. 2. Leads the design and development of modular internal ERP-type systems. 3. Focus on integration and continuous optimization of operational processes. We seek a **Business Systems \& Automation Manager** with a high level of initiative to serve as the architect of our internal digital infrastructure. **The core objective** of this role is to translate our business’s critical needs into robust internal systems (ERP-type), designing, building, and implementing them with minimal supervision to ensure real adoption in daily operations. **Academic Background** * **Core Degree:** Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technologies. **Required Professional Experience** * **Experience and knowledge** in operational and financial processes. This person must understand the workflows (supply chain, costs, inventory) that the system will later automate. * **Seniority:** 5–10 years of experience. * **Industry:** Experience in "real economy" or operational enterprises, such as **construction or manufacturing**. (Not software startups). * **Project History:** Creation of **internal systems (modular ERPs)** from scratch. **Technical Requirements** * **Expert Excel:** Mastery of Macros, Power Query, and Dashboard creation. * **Automation:** Solid experience with VBA (Macros) and **Power Query**, plus complex Dashboards. * **Power Platform:** Knowledge of **Power Apps** and **Power Automate** for building simple applications and automated workflows. * **Data Management:** Proficiency using **SharePoint** as a data repository and foundational understanding of **SQL** for databases. **Key Responsibilities** * **Requirements Gathering & Design:** Identify key requirements jointly with leadership and operational teams to design the architecture of modular internal systems. * **Technical Development:** Build advanced solutions using Excel, VBA, SharePoint, and the Power Platform ecosystem. * **Process Integration:** Unify and optimize financial, operational, and project management workflows into a single structure. * **Implementation & Adoption:** Lead system deployment, train staff, and ensure tools are effectively used by the team. * **Continuous Optimization:** Proactively improve existing systems without requiring constant instructions or detailed oversight. **What We Offer** * **Salary:** $30,000 \- $45,000 MXN monthly net (based on experience). * Statutory benefits. * A highly autonomous environment where your execution capability will be the primary driver of change.
