If you are passionate about design, architectural visualization, and working in a creative environment where your contributions truly matter, this is your opportunity. * Location: Colonia Americana, Guadalajara, Mexico * Employment Type: On-site, full-time (8 hours) * Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM * Compensation: MXN $15,000 per month \+ statutory benefits * Contract: Long-term with growth opportunities Required Software (mandatory): * AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Revit, SketchUp, V\-Ray Preferred Qualifications: * Familiarity with Lumion, Blender * Experience using AI tools to enhance visualization workflows, post-production, and content generation for imagery and video Responsibilities: * Occasional on-site visits with clients for space verification and surveys * Preparation of architectural drawings and construction details based on mechanical guidelines▪︎ Creation and maintenance of a concept catalog * Computer-aided drafting * Project delivery tracking * Coordination of technical documentation related to projects We seek a candidate who: * Is a young professional eager to engage in challenging projects▪︎ Shares our passion for design and architectural visualization * Proficiently masters the mandatory software tools listed above * Is committed to continuous learning and development within a creative studio setting * Aligns with our core values: creativity, commitment, integrity, and teamwork How to Apply?
