ASA JET, a leading company in the wastewater treatment plant industry, is looking to add a talented Architectural Drafter to our professional team. If you are passionate about architectural design and possess skills in AutoCAD 3D, rendering tools, Revit, detailing, and extensive construction knowledge, we want to meet you! As an Architectural Drafter at ASA JET, you will be responsible for collaborating with our design team to create and develop large- and small-scale wastewater treatment plant projects. You will work closely with our sales representatives and clients to understand their needs and deliver creative solutions that are visually appealing, functional, and sustainable. Requirements: \- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field. \- Demonstrable experience using design software such as AutoCAD 3D, LUMION, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, Office Suite, and detailing tools. \- Knowledge of applicable building codes and regulations. \- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. \- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet established deadlines. Responsibilities: \- Design and develop wastewater treatment plants, biodigesters, and modular cisterns in close coordination with sales representatives and clients, ensuring compliance with client or governmental requirements. \- Create and edit construction drawings for wastewater treatment plants (prefabricated blocks), as well as 3D models for realistic design visualizations using software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, LUMION, Photoshop, and Revit. \- Collaborate with other construction professionals, including engineers and contractors, to ensure design feasibility and safety. \- Prepare As-Built drawing packages and licensing documentation for client support. \- Stay updated on the latest trends in architectural design and construction technology. \- Extract volumetric data and generate material take-offs from 3D models.
