We consistently focus on innovation and developing disruptive strategies that ensure the company’s evolution. ***We invite you to get to know us*** **at:** www.stf.tech www.coolcapital.com.mx **Position Objective:** To comprehensively manage the employee lifecycle within the distribution center, ensuring proper personnel administration, compliance with current labor legislation, and implementation of strategies supporting talent retention, organizational climate, and productivity. **Responsibilities** * Incident tracking: Monitoring and recording absences, tardiness, leaves of absence, and disciplinary actions, ensuring correct application of internal policies. * Preliminary payroll processing: Validating incidents, performing preliminary calculations of earnings and deductions, coordinating with the payroll department to ensure timely and accurate payments. * Recruitment and selection: Posting job openings, conducting interviews, administering psychometric tests, coordinating with area leaders to fill positions promptly and effectively. * Talent management: Implementing training programs, development plans, performance evaluations, and retention strategies. * Labor relations: Addressing and resolving conflicts, negotiating with employees and unions, ensuring a healthy and productive work environment. * Personnel administration: Maintaining personnel files, contracts, system onboarding and offboarding, fulfilling legal obligations before labor authorities and social security institutions. * Onboarding and organizational climate: Designing and executing welcome, integration, and corporate culture programs. **Position Requirements** * Completed bachelor’s degree in Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or related field. * Proven experience in Human Resources, preferably within distribution centers, logistics, or manufacturing. * In-depth knowledge of Mexican labor legislation and social security regulations. * Experience in customer service. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Intermediate Excel skills. * Excellent spelling. **We Offer** * 50% vacation bonus * 30 days’ year-end bonus (aguinaldo) * Paternity or adoption leave * Bonus for paternity, maternity, or adoption * Employee product purchase program with preferential pricing * On-site medical services * Scholarships for English language study * Scholarships for courses, workshops, or diploma programs * Career and life planning program **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 – 17:30, plus two Saturdays per month Interested candidates may apply through this channel.
