Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to ensure the preservation, functionality, and continuous improvement of the physical infrastructure of the production plant by managing civil works projects. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership in industrial infrastructure and maintenance projects. 2. Supervision of new construction, expansions, and renovations. 3. 24/7 preventive and corrective maintenance management at the plant. **Position Objective** Ensure the preservation, functionality, and continuous improvement of the production plant’s physical infrastructure through planning, execution, and supervision of civil works projects and maintenance, guaranteeing compliance with quality, cost, schedule, and food industry regulatory requirements. **Main Responsibilities** **1️ Planning and Construction Control** * Preparation and review of budgets and unit prices. * Material quantification. * Cost analysis and adjustment. * Development of item catalogs. * Use of specialized software: AutoCAD, Neodata, and Opus. * Control and updating of construction databases. **2️ Supervision and Execution** * Monitoring of new construction, expansions, and renovations. * Supervision of contractors and internal staff. * Coordination of work teams. * Physical\-financial progress control. * Validation of compliance with technical specifications. * Ensuring compliance with safety and food safety regulations. **3️ Administrative Management** * Preparation of executive reports for Management. * Compilation and control of construction files. * Technical and administrative documentation of projects. * Budgetary control of the department. **4️ Preventive and Corrective Maintenance** * Development of infrastructure maintenance programs. * Structural and functional assessment of buildings. * Prioritization management of maintenance activities in an active 24/7 plant. * Availability for weekend coverage when operations require it. **Required ProfileAcademic Background** * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (preferred) or Civil Engineering. **Experience** * 5–8 years in industrial infrastructure or production plant maintenance. * Experience in construction control and unit pricing. * Personnel management experience, including operational staff and contractors. * Experience in continuous-operation environments. **Technical Knowledge** * AutoCAD (intermediate\-advanced). * Neodata and/or Opus. * Construction quantification and budget preparation. * Industrial construction processes. * Cost adjustment and analysis. * Technical drawing. * Basic construction site safety regulations. **Key Competencies** * Operational leadership. * Planning and organization. * Analytical ability. * Results orientation. * Decision-making under pressure. * Executive communication. **Other Requirements** * Flexible working hours (including weekends as required). * Strong coordination capability in high-activity operational environments.
