Important company with presence in CDMx and the Metropolitan Area is looking for: TRAINING ANALYST REQUIREMENTS * Education: Completed Bachelor's degree in Pedagogy * Experience: 2 years as a training analyst * Work location: Iztacalco District, Coyuya Metro * Knowledge of the entire training process, procedures before STPS, SIRCE system management, instructor experience, solid knowledge of NOM-035-STPS, development of courses and teaching materials RESPONSIBILITIES * Carry out the entire corporate DNC process * Provide guidance on DNC implementation at branches * Develop the annual training plan and program based on the DNC * Conduct scheduled trainings from the annual training plan * Develop courses and teaching materials * Prepare the descriptive letter and session plan for each course * Instructor experience required * Deliver induction training for new employees * Ensure legal compliance in training and instruction matters * Manage SIRCE * Coordinate and administer supplies, equipment, and facilities required for each training session * Manage NOM-035 * Apply the corresponding workplace reference guidelines * Support STPS inspections related to training and instruction * Assist in employee integration and motivation programs * Manage MOODLE platform * Instructional design knowledge desirable WE OFFER * Competitive monthly salary * Statutory benefits * Punctual payments * Schedule: Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm, Saturday from 9 am to 2 pm Job type: Full-time Salary: $15,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
