**Trainer – Hospital Cleaning Staff** **Location:** Hospital Zone, Tlalpan **Service:** Hospital **Responsibilities** * Conduct field-based needs assessments (DNC). * Design training programs aligned with client requirements. * Monitor on-site internal training programs. * Develop instructional materials (assessments, manuals, presentations, visual aids, infographics). * Deliver in-person training courses to cleaning staff. * Generate training evidence and reports. **Desired Knowledge** * Hospital cleaning and disinfection. * Patient safety. * Use of hospital personal protective equipment (PPE). * Customer service. **Requirements** * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in training (preferably in cleaning). * **Education:** Completed bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Nursing, or related field. * Residence within a maximum 1 hour 20 minutes’ commute from the area. * Immediate availability and valid documentation. **We Offer** * **Salary:** $14,000 net + **Performance Bonus:** $3,000. * Statutory benefits. * Complimentary uniform. * Work tools (laptop and mobile phone). * Schedule: * Monday to Wednesday: 08:00–18:00 * Thursday and Friday: 08:00–17:00 * Saturday: On-call shift 08:00–16:00 (twice per month) **Apply through this channel and we’ll contact you!** Employment type: Full-time Salary: $14,000.00 – $17,000.00 per month Benefits: * Company-provided mobile phone Work location: On-site
