Important company with presence in CDMx and the Metropolitan Area is looking for: **Training and Development Analyst** REQUIREMENTS * Education: Completed Bachelor's degree in Pedagogy * Experience: 2 years as a training analyst * Work location: Delegación Coyoacán, Metro or Metrobus División del Norte * Knowledge of the entire training process, procedures before STPS, SIRCE management, Instructor certification, solid knowledge of NOM\-035\-STPS, course and didactic materials development RESPONSIBILITIES * Elaboration of DNC * Design training programs according to company requirements * Develop training materials: Quick guides, manuals, presentations, online courses * Process mapping for creation and/or adjustment of policies * Schedule and deliver training for operational and administrative staff * Manage legal training records (STPS compliance) * Monitor compliance with NOM\-035 * Maintain organized folders for legal compliance with STPS and NOM\-035 WE OFFER * Salary $15,000 to $18,000 monthly * Statutory benefits * Punctual payments * Schedule: Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm, Saturday from 9 am to 2 pm Job type: Full-time Salary: $15,000\.00 \- $18,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site position
