Requirements: * Education: Automotive mechanical technician. * 2\-3 years of experience in the role. * Advanced technical knowledge in automotive mechanics and warranties. * Prior experience with Nissan brand preferred. Responsibilities: * Inspect work performed on vehicles by technicians, car washers, and new car detailers to ensure compliance with established requirements. * Conduct tests on repaired vehicles to verify proper operation and authorize vehicle release. * Ensure process quality through documented testing. * Prepare weekly reports on technician, mechanic, and car washer performance to propose continuous improvement strategies. * Record and schedule additional operations on work orders.
