Position Summary: We are seeking an organized and analytical Payroll Analyst with solid experience in payroll preparation and administration to ensure accurate and timely management of fiscal and labor processes. We are looking for a highly organized, analytical, and results-oriented **Payroll Analyst**, with strong experience in preparing, controlling, and administering weekly and monthly payroll processes. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring proper management of incidents, withholdings, IMSS-related transactions, and compliance with fiscal and labor obligations—guaranteeing accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to current regulations. This position requires a committed individual with strong ability to work under pressure, maintain high precision, and collaborate effectively with various departments such as supervision, treasury, and human resources administration. **Key Responsibilities:** Preparation of weekly and monthly payroll. (Final payroll reconciliation vs. pre-payroll). * Validation of ISR, amortizations, withholdings, and employee count. * Registration of hires/enrollment/orientation for new employees. * Receipt of incident reports from supervisors and managers, reconciling them against timekeeping records, medical leaves, and emails. * Control of employee withholdings including FONACOT, INFONAVIT amortizations, and tool deductions. * Preparation and delivery of severance payments. * Management of signatures on attendance lists for unionized employees. * Sending electronic pay slips and payroll stamping. * Coordination with treasury on voucher and check tracking. * Calculation of employer-employee contributions (monthly and bimonthly). * Calculation of bimonthly variable amounts. * Tracking of weekly and monthly savings fund withholdings per employee. . • Submission of files for the Savings Fund. * IMSS registrations, terminations, and modifications.
